Feel Calm with Sedation Dentistry
Feeling anxious? Find it hard to relax at the dentist? We have THE solution!

Who is Sedation For?
Millions of people put their health at risk by avoiding the dentist each year. The most common reason for this is dental fear or anxiety. However, sedation dentistry now opens the way for all patients to enjoy a more relaxed and comfortable experience. If you are nervous or have an extensive treatment plan, then our sedation options can help make your visit a breeze.
What Are the Benefits?
If you are feeling nervous or apprehensive, what can you expect from sedation dentistry? Sedation dentistry helps alleviate anxiety and makes you feel relaxed in our office. You will feel calm and enjoy personal dental care in a safe, comfortable environment. This results in you having all your oral health care needs met, with zero anxiety.
Our Options
We offer two safe and comfortable sedation solutions at Kidder Dental – oral sedation and nitrous oxide. Here is what you need to know about each treatment:
Oral Sedation: This safe prescription sedative is administered through the mouth one hour before treatment. Patients report feeling calm as if they are taking a short nap and often don’t remember the treatment itself.
Nitrous Oxide: Also known as “laughing gas” this sedative is breathed in and creates a feeling of deep relaxation. After the treatment, it only takes a few minutes to reverse these effects.
Great staff - great personality these folks are the best, coupled with a great Dentist - Dustin Kidder.

Technology to Safeguard Your Smile

Our treatment rooms are equipped with digital x-ray machines and chair side monitors. This allows our dentists to show you what they have found and visually explain their recommendations.

During your exam, Drs. Dustin and Elizabeth Kidder use an intraoral camera to show you high-quality images of your mouth. The chair side monitor allows you to be involved in the diagnosis and fully informed of your needs.

We make it easy for you to get started with your dentistry. Just download our online patient forms, fill them out, and bring them with you on your first visit to our office.

Each of our treatment rooms is equipped with advanced Caesy Patient Education software. If you’ve ever had questions about any type of dental procedure, the 3-D narrated videos have all the information that you’ve ever wanted to know.
